Enjoy shared amenities such as a 466 square meter property, a heated angular swimming pool (7 x 3 meters, 24 square meters, depth 126 - 176 cm, seasonal availability from April 1st to October 15th) with an internal staircase, a terrace (30 square meters), and a barbecue area. There is a dining room with satellite TV (flat screen) and air conditioning, providing access to the terrace and swimming pool. The open kitchen is well-appointed with 4 hot plates, an oven, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The apartment also has 2 showers/WC.
