You can also enjoy our shared pool and garden. Pool has a water heating function too. It also has an outside fireplace, free parking spot in the yard of the house, free Wi-Fi and is air-conditioned – having everything you need for an ideal vacation. Pool is shared only with guests of our house, ie. other two small apartments. \*\*\*\* About the apartment: You'll love to stay in this large three bedroom and two bathroom apartment with a large 20 m2 terrace and sea view in the small town Okrug on island Ciovo, connected to the mainland with two bridges. It's located on the first floor of a private house and beach is just 2 min walking from the apartment. You can enjoy pool for free, shared only with guests of our other two small apartments. Terrace has a table and chairs so you can enjoy your breakfast or diner with a nice view to the sea and islands. Living room has an LCD TV with satellite channels and air-condition unit. Each bedroom has one comfortable double bed. Kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, kettle and fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal. You can also use outside fireplace in the yard of the house and our large 200 m2 garden shared with guests of our two smaller apartments. Both bathrooms have a shower and hair dryer. Washing machine is in the owners apartment and can be used for free. We can also provide you an iron and ironing board. You also get a parking spot in the yard of the house, Wi-Fi high-speed internet, clean linen and towels, all free of charge. Everything Okrug has to offer is within just few minutes walking from the apartment – beautiful beach, restaurants, caffe bars… Baby cot and baby high chair can also be arranged free of charge, please ask in advance. This apartment is only available for visitors who recognize it as the best deal to boost their pleasure of visiting Croatia. Therefore, the simplest way to enjoy your magical visit is to stop reading and reserve your stay here now. :) Welcome! \*\*\*\* House rules: Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but you can smoke on the balcony and outside area of the house. It’s also not suitable for pets, sorry. We expect normal house behavior - please watch out not to break anything, leave the accommodation tidy as you have found it and don't make noise to other people. For security purposes, please send us following info of each guest: name and surname, place, country and date of birth, citizenship, type and number of identity document, place of residence, address and gender. For check-in date more than 48 hours of check in please send us that info within 2 hours of booking and for same day reservations please send us that info within 1 hour of booking or we reserve the right to cancel. Outside fireplace in the yard of the house is free too use and is shared with guests of other two apartments. You will get a free parking spot in the yard of the house. \*\*\*\* The Neighbourhood: Okrug is located along the beautiful circular bay on the west side of the island Ciovo, connected to the mainland with two bridges and just 2 km from the medieval town Trogir. A wonderful panorama view of the archipelago, islands of Solta, Drvenik Large and Drvenik Small gives special charm to Okrug. The main attraction of Okrug is 2 km long beautiful pebble beach named Copacabana. There’s also a promenade across other beaches that stretches all the way to the tip of the island. Along the promenade on local stands you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables, beverages, food and all little things needed to enjoy the beach time. During the day you can enjoy crazy rides with a jet sky, parasailing, windsurfing or waterbike and if you rent a boat you can explore the surrounding islands Fumija, Kraljevac, Solta, Hvar, Brac ... With rented scooter or bike you can explore the interior of the island of Ciovo such as an old village Žedno at the very top of the island or simply enjoy the beautiful view of middle Adriatic islands. Numerous restaurants in Okrug offer a wide choice of different kinds of food - from the excellent pizzas to the fresh seafood delicacies. Evenings are full of fun and dance. You can choose between different live music for all tastes and generations. You can sing along with Dalmatian choir (Klape) or can dance to the fast pace of modern music. \*\*\*\* Getting around: Bus station is 500m away. Split Airport is just 8 km from the apartment. Regular boat departs every 30 minutes from the Okrug to the nearby town Trogir (2 km away). Large supermarket, small markets, post office, medical clinic, pharmacy, ATM and currency exchange shops and all within walking distance from the apartment. \*\*\*\* Interaction with guests: If you need anything I'm here to help. Otherwise, you'll have you own peace in the apartment. I respond to all questions as soon as possible.
