Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ Stayed: July 30, 2026 Traveler: Platinum Expedia Member I had a very disappointing experience at The Westin St. Louis. I submitted a special parking request through Expedia on July 11 and never received a response. When I arrived early for check‑in, the staff took my information, stored my luggage, and said they would call me when the room was ready. They never called. My reservation is clearly for three adults with breakfast, yet at checkout they claimed it only covered two. After leaving St. Louis, I realized I had left my Bose QuietComfort earbuds in the room. I called multiple times, left a voicemail for Lost & Found, and wrote again through Expedia. No one ever contacted me. This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I do not recommend this property.
