Trincity Mall Tours and Activities

I booked this hotel because the Expedia listing advertised a 24-hour airport shuttle, which was essential since I was traveling internationally with my children. After booking, I was told there was no shuttle service and that I would have to find and pay for my own taxi. When I pointed out that the listing still advertised the shuttle, the owner admitted the information had not been updated since COVID but continued to justify it instead of correcting the listing. Advertising a service that is no longer provided is misleading and caused unnecessary stress while planning our trip. I had to cancel my reservation because I could no longer trust that the information in the listing was accurate. I hope the listing is updated so future travelers can make an informed decision.

The property is amazing, the shower was my favorite part of the room. The staff was very friendly and greeted us upon arrival. My only complaint is the dining hall. The staff was amazing but the food isn’t worth the money. You will get far better food outside for far less. Outside of that I would highly recommend this property.
