Staff were amazing. Helpful, friendly, The room was beautiful, the pool lovely. Unfortunately, the water was shut off for all of our last night (no warning) . Still no water in the morning - no shower- no face wash. Staff said it was the city. I think they should have adjusted our bill to somehow compensate for this major inconvenience.

Beautiful, charming, romantic, inviting. Absolutely lovely breakfast with freshly baked croissants and fresh pressed orange juice in a beautiful setting. Every detail in the room is romantic and exquisite.

Our stay at Mazzarò Sea Palace was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. A special thank you to Davide and Dalila who went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. Their attention to detail, kindness, and willingness to help with anything we needed made a real difference in our stay. It’s rare to come across such dedicated and thoughtful staff, and they truly represent the high standard of hospitality at this hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning views, comfortable rooms, and a relaxing atmosphere that made it hard to leave. Every part of our visit felt well thought out and seamless. We are very grateful for the wonderful memories and highly recommend Mazzarò Sea Palace to anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming getaway. We look forward to returning again soon.

Great location. Room simple but very functional and comfortable. Rooftop bar is amazing with great drinks and spectacular view. Really nice breakfast which is a must. Helpful staff.
