The Triple L’s lakefront has a large shallow area safe for fun water activities and an expansive dock for your boat. The dockside patio is perfect for “chillin’ out”! Long Lake, the Traverse area’s cleanest and warmest lake has five islands to explore. A day spent on this gorgeous lake is priceless. There are two bedrooms and a bedroom loft area that includes a Sleeper Sofa, Bunk Beds and a Futon. Amenities include a full kitchen, WiFi, 50” flat screen, and both a gas and charcoal grill. The Chiminea on the upper terrace is perfect for winding down after a day on the lake. The upper terrace is also a great spot for morning coffee or grilling up dinner with a dynamite view of the lake. The house has ample parking in the front and back. The attached garage is available to store any extra items. The Triple L is only one-half mile away from the public boat launch. Great renters. Absolutely loved the decor. 15 minute drive to Meijer, Walmart, the mall, thrift stores, and downtown. Located right between both public beaches. The dock was in great shape and had lots of it. The swim dock was nice too. Lots of shallow water to play in for little ones or just floating around and deeper water at the end of the dock for those of us who like to jump right in. They also offered a couple of kayaks and paddle boards to use. This is a cottage you can show up with your clothes, food and some floaty devices and be set for the week. Pots and pans, towels, sheets and even a crockpot are all there for your use. The only downside to this cottage is that you have to cross the road to get to the dock so if you have little kids who like to escape, might not be the best choice but other than that, it’s great and we truly enjoyed our week. I would suggest updating the description to make it clear that the dock will be accessed by the owners as well during your stay, as they keep their boats there and are around often. We absolutely loved our stay at this Long Lake home! The hosts were so very kind & super responsive. Our children loved the loft area & the bunk beds. The home was well stocked with everything you needed from kitchen supplies to toys for the lake! We highly recommend & definitely plan to stay again! ##### Leah S. We cooked on the grill alot and enjoyed eating on the patio. We roasted marshmallows in the clay chiminea. The best part was the use of the kayaks. We had many times when the water was very calm and took them out. Also, there are life jackets of every size. Nice linens and towels and comfy beds. The owners keep their boats at the docks on the property so they are around a lot if you need anything and are very nice people. There is a spot on the dock for your boat if you bring one or rent one. The road is very busy but it was not an issue crossing to get to the lake.
