This top floor, beautiful and modern, 2 bed/ 2 bath condo is perfectly located just steps from stunning waters of West Bay and just blocks from the heart of downtown Traverse City.   
The LUX is bright, modern, and spacious with all the updated amenities. Walkable to downtown shops, restaurants, cafes, and the bay.   
Whether you’re looking for the perfect home base for enjoying all that Northern Michigan has to offer or a stylish space near the action, this condo checks all the boxes!  
There are two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in this top floor condo with spectacular views!

This condo is super clean, great Bath and Kitchen in a terrific location to the beach and walking to town. Would not hesitate to stay here again!!! We had 5 people and the space worked out great.
