The property comfortably accommodates 6 guests with two spacious bedrooms each with queen-sized beds and a full-sized pull-out couch in the living room. The condo's stylish, fully equipped kitchen features brand new, top-of-the-line appliances. Enjoy cooking at home and eat on one of our four barstools, or enjoy a sunset dinner in the private rooftop lounge area. The comfortable living area boasts plush seating, a large flat-screen TV for entertainment, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. We stayed here because it was pet friendly and a short walk to the beach. The problem was there was nowhere at the condo to hose off our dog and rinse sand off our feet. The space was clean except for some hairs on the pillow and sheets in the main bedroom. The second bedroom was small and the bed creaked when turning during sleep. I loved all the windows and rooftop sitting area but there were a couple more windows that needed curtains for privacy: laundry room and 2nd floor bathroom. The living area stated spacious, but it was small and it would've been more comfortable with a larger and more comfortable couch. Also, bring your own pans if you are cooking/making breakfast. The cookware was scraped up, and for us, not usable. Although there was one parking space, it was great that we had a garage and they gave a great rec for safe parking at an open air garage that was close. Garage is very small. Our SUV barely fit. We had to open garage door and pull out slightly in order to open back hatch door of SUV.
