The neighborhood is beautiful and we opted to walk to a lot of our destinations enjoying the scenery. The room had a cozy beach cottage vibe and had all the necessities we were looking for - privacy, comfy bed, equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and a clean bathroom. The space was a little difficult to find initially since there were no outdoor photos when we booked and I was afraid we were parking/walking into someone's backyard but Kristina was quick to answer all my messages and questions throughout the process which I greatly appreciated. The only things I would recommend to bring as a visitor is a powerstrip for behind the bed/nightstand for multiple phone chargers (if more than 1 person staying) and hangers for the closet. Overall I had a wonderful experience here and would definitely recommend booking it for anyone visiting the area. ##### Brynee L. Booked the property last minute instead of a hotel and so happy we did! Kristina & Chad were amazing hosts - super helpful and welcoming, but gave us our space as well to come and go as we pleased. Extremely reasonable and easy to follow guest rules. The studio apartment was secure and in a safe and quiet convenient location.
