This French country-style cabin is set amongst our private woods in Leelanau County. It is a place to relax and enjoy the quietness of the woods. This will be your home away from home, for sure.
From the moment you enter the driveway from the main road, it will take you back into the woods to your cabin. This cabin is so quaint when you open the door. It has a fully equipped kitchen. It has a screened-in porch to relax, enjoy a meal, drink, chill, and read a book in our swing chair. We also have complimentary local wine from Leelanau for all of our guests. Enjoy that glass of wine by sitting in our relaxing chairs on the patio by the fire table.
The cabin is conveniently located near many activities, restaurants, and beaches. The bike trail is approximately 1/2 mile from the cabin locations, with Traverse City and Suttons Bay nearby. The nearest local winery is a short 2-minute drive north, deeper into Leelanau Peninsula wine country.
Whether you desire comfortable, quiet solitude at the cabin or prefer exploring the unique area of Leelanau Country and surrounding counties, it is up to you.

Perfect peace
Everything about this beautifully planned, built, decorated and stocked cabin in the woods is perfect. I needed a quiet get away and this was the perfect spot. Places of contemplation range from woodland trails to the swing in the beautiful, screened in porch. For the privacy it offers it is remarkably close to both Traverse City and Sutton's Bay. I whole heartedly recommend this beautiful cabin for one or two people either looking for a quiet stay or a convenient location for much the area offers.

We really enjoyed our stay, again. Perfect location to all Traverse City has to offer. Nice & quiet in the woods. Immaculate & beautifully decorated. Fully stocked with everything you could need.
Very comfortable bed & cozy robes. Great outdoor amenities. as well. Local products & birthday note were so nice. This is our third time staying in one of Beth & Terry’s cabins & have another stay booked! Thank you again.

Best VRBO Ever
The French country cabin is incredible! It has everything you’d ever need and even more. Extremely clean and Beth made us feel right at home. Fresh eggs, and two bottles of wine, and chocolates were something we’ve never gotten at a rental property before. Awesome! Highly recommend staying here or at either of the two other properties on Beth’s land.

Our 4th time staying here. Never disappoints! Beth and Terry have thought of everything down to the smallest details. We’ve stayed at other rentals and nothing compares to the level of cleanliness they provide. The property and cabins are just beautiful! Can’t wait to come back!!

Wonderful place!
The property is beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing! I need to come back in the summer to really enjoy the screened in patio. The cabin is very clean and well decorated. You can't go wrong with renting this, or the other two properties.

Beautifully relaxing!
If someone were to ask me what more could this cabin use, there isn't anything I could say. Beth and Terry have thought of every little detail. The beds are cozy, linens are lovely and the added bonus of farm fresh eggs in the fridge! So thoughtful. We appreciated the peace and quiet of the area and enjoyed several evening bonfires. The trails on the property are nice workouts. The cabin was spotless upon our arrival. Check in and communication was effortless. We will most definitely be back!
