This Garden Level condo, thoughtfully designed with colorful touches throughout, balances contemporary elements with cozy charm. The private patio offers a welcoming outdoor space where you can savor your morning coffee or unwind after a long day. Immerse yourself in the beauty of Northern Michigan, where an unforgettable experience awaits you. \*There is some construction happening next door. Earplugs/sound machines provided. \* The Space: This condo is 600 square feet in size. Main space Living room with sleeper sofa Fully stocked kitchen with a drip coffee machine Bathroom with stand up shower Bedroom King size Bed Full sized laundry Outside Garden Level Patio with outdoor seating - can only be accessed from inside the unit. Please note there is no parking on site. With Urban living comes urban noises. Some street/city noise should be expected. Earplugs and sound machines are provided. As mentioned condo is on the garden level so to get to and from the unit there are approximately 8 steps to go up/down. Guest Access: \*\*Parking Updates – Effective February 1, 2025\*\* Due to new regulations imposed by the parking committee, we are no longer able to provide parking passes to our guests. Parking will be the responsibility of guests, with options including metered street parking and parking garages. Street Parking: Overnight Restrictions: No parking from 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM (Nov 16–Apr 14) on City streets. Towing enforced. Metered Parking: Enforced Mon-Sat, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (excluding holidays). This will be verified after booking confirmation. A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500\. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.
