Come enjoy Traverse City as a local would! Parking Instructions Parking at condo has limited free spots, if full please use public parking deck on the west side of condo buildings. FREE overnight parking on ground level of parking deck. Enter around from the west side of structure behind Bradys Bar. FREE overnight parking from 6pm-8am and all day Sunday. Paid parking in structure; enter off 8th Street, is $20 max per 24 hour period or $1.25/hour. It was an easy walk to just about everything in downtown Traverse City. The ease of walking around for dinner for lunch for breakfast was amazing. The unit was good. It accommodate my daughter and I. The unit is extremely easy to get to and the parking lot is close as well. Thankfully, we were able to park for free our entire stay since the lot doesn’t have assigned parking. The unit is clean and provides great lighting and a comfy couch since my sister and I typically go to wineries during the day and stay in for the evening after dinner.
