This open concept condo with 2 bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, a fully-stocked kitchen, high-speed internet and Smart TVs, offers plenty of room to relax or pursue your business in TC. Just a quick jaunt to local beaches, downtown restaurants, theatres, and both peninsulas for your daily excursions. This modern condo is on the 1st floor of the Trailside45 building, located next to the paved TART trail. This updated condo features newer appliances, furniture and plenty of amenities. Enjoy an open layout with a fully stocked kitchen, an island with extra seating for gathering, and the dining banquette for enjoying a cup of coffee or getting some work done. You can walk/bike/drive to downtown Traverse City (TC), beaches and restaurants. Rent an ebike from Pedego and zip up to Suttons Bay or Elk Rapids. The unit is as advertised. The owners are wonderful to work with. The location is right on a great walking trail. It is a couple blocks from a few terrific breakfast, lunch, coffee and dinner places. The waterfront and the main shopping street (Front St.) are in walking distance but probably better by bike or car. The only issue we had was the heat. It was only 60 degrees when we got in late at night - very chilly only (1) extra blanket with already thin bedding to begin with - and it took most of the night to warm up, even with the modern fireplace on. I think it was cleaner than the first time which we did not think that was possible! The have bags around the site for you to clean up after your animal. Very animal friendly. Loved that we were able to bring our pup, TC is very dog friendly. The listing was accurate & was well stocked with pantry staples & linens. House was clean & nicely furnished.
