We were very impressed with the quality, cleanliness, location, and just about everything. On previous visits we have stayed at the hotels in TR and downtown Greenville, which were (mostly) fine, but this place is so convenient to Furman and is an easy walk into TR for restaurants or a beer at the Community Tap. We have already booked here again for graduation weekend in May, so we have peace of mind knowing we will be in a perfect place close to all of the festivities. We did not have a chance to use the fire pit or the grills, but they looked welcoming and comfortable. This would be an especially good place if you want to bike the Swamp Rabbit Trail since it runs literally 10 feet in front of the porches. ##### Ross B. The space could not have been more perfect. The team thought of everything when planning this cute abode. The interior was modern, clean and just the right amount of space for a couple. The location right of the Swamp Rabbit trail made it inviting to go for a walk with our fur boy. We were also close enough to downtown that we could meet our daughter and son in law for dinners, etc. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property. ##### Darla W.
