  • Completed in May 2016, this Douglas fir house is situated in a quiet holiday home area at the entrance to Karlshagen. The Sunrise holiday apartment is approximately 70 m² and extends over two levels. The first floor features two bedrooms, a large shower room, and a comfortable living area. A fireplace, kitchen and dining area, and a guest WC are located on the lower level. The apartment is ideal for 4-6 people. Satellite TV is available in both the living room and dining area. A washing machine, clothes rack, and dishwasher are provided. A high chair and baby cot are available upon request. The fenced, park-like grounds offer parking and a sauna.
