Staff very helpful. Reported a broken socket, maintenance to be sent but didn't arrive all week. Pillows were not the most comfortable. Everything else, and breakfast, perfect.

The only downfall with this hotel is the carpet is dirty , change the Capet and this hotel will be improved by one star, beside that it’s a nice hotel

The hotel room was very responsive, when someone walked by outside it sounded like they were inside the room. The air conditioning unit also failed to cool the room even close to the set temperature. Around the hotel there are several abandoned buildings which do not give a particularly inviting welcome. I don't understand how this can count as a 4 star hotel. Feels like there is very little difference between 3&4 stars and an absolutely huge difference between 4&5 stars. Can't call this an "affordable" hotel option, unfortunately. The staff, on the other hand, are very nice and welcoming.

Hotel che non merita le stelle che ha

Ottima posizione centrale e comoda in centro e davanti alla stazione dei treni. Camera e bagno spaziosi, tv grande e materasso comodo con topper. Soffione della doccia incrostato e quindi l’acqua scende piano e male , arredo e tipologia di stanza vetusta! Riscaldamento ha funzionato un giorno dopodiché è stato spento e mai più riacceso nonostante la richiesta (alla sera e al mattino la stanza era fredda) Infissi del 15 18 da cui passava tutto,ma proprio tutto,vento,pioggia e soprattutto rumori da corridoi e stanze vicine! Ascensori lenti , onestamente un hotel due stelle che come ne possa avere il doppio non si capisce visto anche la posizione,costa un terzo degli altri in zona e il perché lo abbiamo scoperto

Comoda la posizione centrale, il prezzo addirittura senza colazione troppo alto per il tipo di categoria, la peggiore cosa in assoluto, mai accaduta in anni di viaggi in ogni parte d'Italia e in buona parte del mondo è stato quella di arrivare alla reception e ancor prima di avere le chiavi e la stanza sentirsi dire che bisognava pagare prima, niente di peggiore per un cliente, niente di più assurdo nel contesto della gestione di un hotel.

Das Hotel erinnert an ein Business Hotel. Das Zimmer war elegant eingerichtet und sauber. Das Personal wirkte geschäftsmässig und leicht unterkühlt. Der Cappuccino ist sicherlich verbesserungsfähig. Alles in allem ist das Hotel empfehlenswert.

Comfortable hotel with good location! The staff was very nice and polite and Vittoria from the front desk was great, Always ready to help us with directions and tips! I honestly recommend the hotel!

Hotel przeciętny w miarę dobrej lokalizacji

Brak parkingu hotelowego, brak regulacji klimatyzacji w pokoju - jedna stała temperatura, w pokoju nie ma nawet wody dla gości, znajduje się ona tylko w mini barze, który jest odpłatny. Stan obiektu pozostawia wiele do życzenia, jeśli ma szczycić się 4 gwiazdkami.
