Great spot to be, great location, amazing staff, and nice hotel. However our room had the ac broken and had a night sleeping with the heat pumping through making it 88 degrees all night. Absolutely dreadful. The system wouldn't even allow us to turn it off. In the morning we let them know and they fixed it promptly. But it was one of the most uncomfortable nights.

This property is a total gem. It has such a charming, boutique feel that sets it apart from the larger, more sterile hotel chains. The atmosphere is stylish and intimate, making the whole stay feel much more personal.
The staff truly made the experience exceptional. A huge thank. they were absolutely wonderful, incredibly attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. If you’re looking for a spot with character and top-tier service, this is it.

Beautiful property, excellent customer service, perfect location in the center of downtown. The only minor issue is that the elevator was slow, particularly when we have a large number of guests due to a wedding.
