I could not fault this hotel in any way. After long days out sightseeing and shopping it was great to get back and relax. This was our first time in Boston so we’re not sure which area was best to stay in. However the hotel’s location in Back Bay was excellent.

The stay at The Langham was O K but l found the staff not too friendly. Also it took two days to change a flickering light in our room after asking twice at reception. I found the lobby very noisy at times with the influx of people using the function rooms.
Having said that the ladies who cleaned the room every day were exceptional and are a credit to the hotel. I also thought some of the staff including the concierge and the door staff looked rather scruffy in their uniforms with just open necked shirts without ties.I have stayed in better
hotels . If we were to return to Boston in the future l would have no problem staying at The Langham again. Just a few things that would make it a great hotel.
