"Great small hotel, with amazing helpful service from the staff , breakfast area and breakfast buffet is small but they give you warm breakfast options which is fantastic, the room was alright size with very comfortable cosy bed with good size bathroom and shower. Few things to know: Hotel location is 30min walk from city centre on the hill, if you want to change your towels you get charge, if you want to take anything food from breakfast for later you get charge. "The room and spa facilities were absolutely fantastic! It’s a 5 min walk from the train station so easy to get to. There is a great restaurant about 50m away. The rooms are modern but have a chalet/cabin vibe and the views of the mountain were fantastic! We even had a decorated Christmas tree in our room when we arrived which was a great touch. The spa facilities were also brilliant. Sitting out in the hot tub surrounded by the snow was amazing!"
