The staff are very helpful and will organise a tour to Sumela and the mountains quickly and easily if you need it. The hotel is clean and functional. Breakfast is at the rooftop cafe with a great view. I like to Central location. It's a basic place to stay. It's clean and everyone is helpful. I wish the breakfast had better options but you get what you pay for.
