I live in England and I have travelled to Trabzon all the way from Saudi Arabia. I came across this property and booked. Hann hotel 10/10 The best in Trabzon in terms of Location hospitality and budget. Staff is highly trained communicating and well behaving. Hamza and Abdullah as well as owner himself, all are gems. They also arrange our beautiful trip to Uzungol so we were relaxed during whole stay. They have also supported and guided us during check out. Room is fabulous with amazing Sea-View with all amenities listed. Highly Recommended. 10/10

Otel beklediğimiz gibiydi, hiçbir sorun yoktu. Sadece otoparkı yok, arabayı sokakta bulduğumuz yere koyduk. Otelin önündeki caddeye değil de diğer sokaklara koymak mantıklı, çünkü trafik arabalara uyarı veriyor. Bunun dışında herşey güzeldi.

Otel genel olarak çok iyiydi ve odamız temizdi. Ancak ciddi bir gürültü problemi var. Yan taraftaki düğün salonunun sesi belli bir saate kadar sürdüğü için tolere edilebilir, fakat trafik sesi büyük bir sorun. Gece geç saatlerden sabahın erken saatlerine kadar kesintisiz bir motor sesi duyuluyor. Konaklayacak kişilerin bu durumu mutlaka dikkate alması gerek.

Konumu güzel fakat park yeri büyük sorun kendi park yerleri mevcut değil, kahvaltı opsiyon bile değil. Odalar temiz. Çoğunlukla tek bir personel oluyor, arkadaşlar canla başla yetişmeye çalışıyorlar ve güler yüzlüler.

Otel genel anlamda çok hoşuma gitti. İlk girişte küçük bir pürüz yaşadım ama bildirdiğim anda direk arkadaşlar yardımcı oldular. Manzara çok güzeldi. Temizlik guzeldi ve ilgi çok yerindeydi. Tavsiye ederim.
