This fee allows us to provide extra care and cleaning to ensure the home is fresh and comfortable for the next guests, including guests with allergies. Also, pets are not allowed on the furniture, must be potty trained, and must be crated when left at the property alone. \- Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am. \- For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay. \- Please note that the hot tub takes around 6 hours to heat up. There is often a supply left by previous guests, so we recommend checking before purchase. \- Guests are responsible for providing their own firewood. \- Please ensure that there are sufficient wood pellets in the hopper before using the smoker/grill. The unit will not operate properly without enough pellets. If the hopper runs low or empty, you may need to press the “Prime” button on the touchpad to feed pellets into the system and get it started again. If there are no pellets available, please contact the management immediately so we can assist or restock the supply. \- We charge a $75 pet fee per pet, maximum of 2 pets under 50lbs. Although all of our properties are sprayed regularly by a professional pest control company, the city and park areas are not. During various times of the year, these insects may find their way into the property. By booking you understand that is a possibility during your stay and understand that there will be no refunds related to bugs getting into the property. We will be happy to work with you to get pest control back out if necessary. \- A temporary hold of $2 will be placed on your credit card as part of our verification process and will be released within 7 days. This place was amazing and we would stay there again. It was in the middle of the woods (we even saw a bear!), had tons of amenities (except a can opener) and lots of space with many levels and lots of decks. The down side was that the hot tub was not working the whole time we were there. We were told that we would get some kind of refund but that didn't happen. We also couldn't get the speakers to work with the large TV downstairs and the sound bar also kept going in and out.
