There is often a supply left by previous guests, so we recommend checking before purchase. \- Guests are responsible for providing their own firewood. \- Please ensure that there are sufficient wood pellets in the hopper before using the smoker/grill. The unit will not operate properly without enough pellets. If the hopper runs low or empty, you may need to press the “Prime” button on the touchpad to feed pellets into the system and get it started again. If there are no pellets available, please contact the management immediately so we can assist or restock the supply. \- We charge a $75 pet fee per pet, maximum of 2 pets under 50lbs. During various times of the year, these insects may find their way into the property. By booking you understand that is a possibility during your stay and understand that there will be no refunds related to bugs getting into the property. The shaded screen porch with fan and large TV added a nice touch in the early evenings. The hot tub was used by me and the group which added some relief to some aching muscles!
