We have stayed in this cabin so many times that it feels like home. On this particular stay, we were under a winter storm warning and ice was predicted with potential power outages. Rob brought us extra firewood along with another blanket and salt for the steps. We did have some ice, not as bad as anticipated, but enough to keep us off the roads for a couple of days. Dawn checked on us during our stay to see how we were fairing after the storm. Luckily, we never lost power and all was well. We had been a little apprehensive about the weather, not knowing what to expect, but our hosts were always quick to respond to any questions we had and their attentiveness really helped to ease our concerns about the weather. Over the years, we have really come to love this cabin and definitely recommend it for anyone who wants to visit the Smokies but stay away from the noise and crowds that come with staying in Gatinburg or Pigeon Forge. We also noticed there had been a few updates to the cabin since our last stay. All good, except we sure did miss the clock that used to hang on the wall over the stove. Could we get that back? Lol.

Very quiet area near Townsend. Property well kept and we felt safe. Home is generally clean and welcoming with the exception of lighting. All rooms are dark with exception of bathrooms. WiFi was great and host was very polite and accessible. Kitchen had everything needed to cook. We enjoyed our stay with exception of the low lighting.

well the house was too dark not near enough light in this house the toilet downstairs was so loud when flush woke everyone up we found dirty dishes in the cabinet had to wash them. But most of all we had to wash sheets and towels and dry them to me that is not a vacation when you have to clean up something that someone else is supposed to do when you leave parking was not good and I will not rent this cabin again it won't be on my list sorry just being honest it needs work especially for what we had to pay!!!!

The cabin was clean and comfortable. However, needs brighter lighting. Kitchen needs more counter space. Maybe a small island would help. Easy to check in. I’m on oxygen so had some difficulty in walking the trail & steps up to the porch. Upstairs tub has drainage issues.

The Cutest Cabin

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin! Everything was well maintained. There were extra pillows and blankets if needed. Loved sitting out on the front porch in the rocking chairs and listening to nature. There was a grill and charcoal if needed. The owner was very nice and ask how our we were doing and if we had any trouble finding the cabin. Highly recommend
