"Room bathroom door would not close due to top hinge screws loose. Talked to front desk and got a Phillips head screw driver but door wood was stripped and would not tighten. Asked for a different room but they had no more king rooms. I told front desk we would deal with bath door issue. Shower head in bath was lower than 5 feet and had to stoop to wash hair."

"This Comfort Inn is always clean and neat. I have stayed here many times. The front desk is efficient and helpful. They have a beautiful indoor pool. And a nice breakfast is offered. They also continually offer great rates for this area."

"They advertise pool and hot tub but neither was operational. Water in both was ice cold. They said the heater was broke. But they couldn't tell me this before driving 13 hours? No text. No email. They tell you when you arrive. It's misleading and a refund or discount should be applied. Staff said the manager would call me...they haven't. "

I realize we were coming at the tail end of winter for an unseasonably warm weekend, but the back yard and back patio were messy and dirty. The backyard area was not usable. "
