Tower Theater Tours and Activities

This is probably the closest thing to a 5 star property in bend but it comes up short. Arrival, no help with luggage or valet. Front desk, does not remember that you have been there before, rooms - no closets, hangers on a hook system, mini bar goodies in a caddy on the desk, heating cooling system is noisy. At best it’s a 3.5 star hotel on the verge of being great but nothing is done with any personalization or care. They need to uk their game or Bend needs to have a real five star operator come in and clean their clock.
