The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food is awesome and highly recommend to take the dinner + breakfast option. The best Onsen Ryokan in Tottori. The staff were super friendly and could communicate in English. The onsen was old given the history of the ryokan but still very good. The food was awesome too. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed in a Japanese style room and it was beautiful. Clean, well maintained and lots of room. They have a public and private onsen. The private onsen were beautiful and it was a very relaxing experience.
