Great location. Helpful, friendly staff- especially Finn, a standout, especially with our kids. Proximity to public transport was a big bonus. Discounted easy access to Hagenbeck Zoo and the Tropen Aquarium was a bonus!

Great location. Clean but no door on shower area. Staff was German. Did their job but not very friendly. Didnt try the breakfast.
