(204 reviews) The staff at the front desk were very helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and very nice. There were two large tiles missing in the shower so that keeps it from being five stars. The location is very convenient in the cemtral part of town and a short walk from the train station. The tradeoff is that it can be loud into the early hours of the morning on Friday and Saturday nights as people going out to local bars congregate by the hotel. It’s just something to be aware of but I would still recommend the hotel. (3 reviews) The apartment was amazing with great views of the Matterhorn and a very large space, with lounge, dinning area, lounge, 2 bedrooms (1 upstairs) and 2 bathrooms, with 4 terraces. There is also a lift to your front door. The staff were great and very helpful and the facilities looked good, although we didn't have time to use them. I would have loved to give the apartment 5 stars, but like the hotel, it needs a bit of maintenance with the blinds, windows and light fittings.
