I couldn’t get Wi-Fi most of the time (very intermittent). Didn’t sleep well as I needed connection to sort out travel plans and had to keep waiting for the connection. Asked the staff early next morning and the elderly man just apologised for it. I could get Wi-Fi at the ground floor so had to sit there to use it for a while. Was told my room didn’t include breakfast and so I asked if it could be given since I have been sitting there just to use the Wi-Fi and he didn’t obliged and said I had to pay for it. Felt that I booked and paid for the room with Wi-Fi too and I didn’t get it so he could at least do something nice and complimentary.
