From Villa Croma you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the sea at a distance. Villa Croma is 270 square meters (2900 square feet). It features two private swimming pools and a private Jacuzzi pool, private terraces, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from the center of Tortora Marina, where you will find restaurants, shops and the beach. You will reach Villa Croma from the parking area going up approximately three stairway steps. To stay at Villa Croma you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. Swimming Pool 1 The swimming pool is 3.5 meters (11 feet) large by 6.5 meter (21 feet) long, 1.6 meters (5.2 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September. Please kindly note. The rental price includes: parking; daily cleaning; towels, changed daily; linens, changed twice a week; beach/pool towels; electricity. Patio 1 The first patio is 80 square meters (860 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with a sofa and armchairs and with a table, chairs, sun loungers, a gazebo and a swing. From the patio you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery. Patio 2 The patio is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and a gazebo. In the patio you will be able to have fun with a football table. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. Here you will find a fitness area equipped with an exercise bike, a cross trainer and a treadmill. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside.
