Amplio, bien amueblado, todos los servicios y utensilios necesarios para una familia. La terraza es una de sus joyas, para desayunar y cenar. La otra joya es la piscina, una gozada y con una temperatura, que los peques podían estar horas y horas nadando. la playa a 50 metros caminando. Y no olvidemos la plaza de garaje, para cargar y descargar al lado del portal; además de proteger el coche del sol. Ni un ruido por las noches y al lado del paseo de Torrox Costa para cenar en sus restaurantes. Eso sí, prohibido comer y beber en la piscina (ni siquiera unos gusanitos). Das Appartement hat eine sehr gute Lage, von dort ist alles z.B. Supermarkt zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist gut, es gibt alles was man für Urlaub auch länger als 2 Wochen braucht. Auf der Wiese westseitig wurde eine Baustelle (Geländeaufschüttung) begonnen, die letzten eineinhalb Wochen, hat aber nicht sehr gestört.
