The bungalow is distributed in a spacious living room with a 43" Smart TV, air conditioning and access to a large terrace with sea views as well as 2 sun loungers. Double bed separate of the living room and as well as the kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, etc. The urbanization has a communal swimming pool (open in the summer season). A few meters away of supermarkets, beach bars, restaurants as well as the beach. Pets not allowed, under a penalty of 200€ The guest has to throw the garbage in the public containers (if in doubt about the closest location, contact us). Otherwise, a penalty of up to € 50.
