It is within walking distance to the beach and to the shopping center, Punta Marina. Here you have most facilities within walking distance, like chemist, banks, supermarket, furniture shops, hairdressers, restaurants, bars, etc. You can also get the bus to Torrevieja from here, where you can enjoy a stroll along the promenade, the marina with all the sailing boats or fantastic meal at a local restaurant with fresh fish directly from the Mediterranean Sea. This area is famous for handmade, high quality made leather shoes that you can find in the main street, or you can shop in Habaneras shopping center. 5-10 minutes south of Punta Prima you will find the famous shopping center, La Zenia Boulevard, that offers everything for all ages. You can find 5 golf courses within 15 minutes’ drive, like the excellent championship golf courses of Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor. The duplex contains of two floors, including 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 terraces, additionally with a 38 m² roof terrace (solarium) and has a small garden surrounding the house: The ground floor comprises entrance hall, living / dining room with direct access to the private terrace and private garden, fully equipped modern kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The first floor has a spacious master bedroom with access to a large sun terrace, 1 additional bedroom and 1 bathroom. From the south located terraces, you have views towards the communal garden where the pool is located. In the small but fine garden around the villa, you will always be able to choose between sun and shadow. From the roof terrace you can enjoy a wonderful 360-degree view of the city and the sea. The whole house is very high standard, modern style decorated and completely furnished, with equipment like air-conditioning cold/hot, internet and WIFI connection, LCD TV with SAT TV and international channels, open kitchen with all the required appliances (e.g. dishwasher, induction oven, microwave and refrigerator) as well as washing machine. The urbanization is situated in the popular area of Punta Prima and offers outdoor pool and a large courtyard to enjoy the sunshine for more than 320 days a year. The Mediterranean Sea and his sandy beaches are within walking distance or at short driving distance as well a wide selection of restaurants and various amusements. Nearby, you will also find the excellent championship golf courses of Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor, as well as the great shopping centers of La Zenia Boulevard and Las Habaneras.
