Dirty rooms, no refrigerator in room. Pillows & bedding not clean were gray. Only two small water bottles per room. The manager told me: the hotel is ready to close in October for remodeling. Very dated and very dirty carpet in hallways. Only one towel per customer. Breakfast included and was not bad.

Room was clean. Lines were clean. AC was loud but decided to wing it. They tell you they have a shuttle and then they say no. Once checked out, they said the shuttle comes in at 7am. Doesn’t work for early flights but the advantage is the airport location only 5 min away. Many restaurants and bars near. The bath tub it’s hard to get in and out. I don’t think they were well planned. The restaurant is so so. Over all a 5 out of 10.

Great stay. First time at this location. Pool was good for swimming my laps in the morning. Before checking out. Great overall stay. Dinner was good in the restaurant and loves getting some starbucks to go when i checked out to drive home.

Toilet was liking water to the bathroom floor, maintenance was there to fix it but a day later toilet kept liking water. I remember staying there in the same type of room, which was breakfast included, now from the last visit was not included. I don’t know if the right change doesn’t include breakfast anymore. Parking is shared with the event menu, when there’s an event,there’s no parking available for the guests.

Good price but, the air conditioning does not work very well. Torreon is a very hot city and if you are looking for a place to stay that has good air conditioning rooms, this place is not the one to stay.
