Berta and Arturo Really made our stay in Torreón special and comfortable. The hotel was beautiful and undergoing renovations to make it even better. The pool was huge, the food was very good, and the service was impeccable. We also were traveling with my mother-in-law who uses a wheelchair and they went above and beyond to help her and make her comfortable. We will stay at the Crown Plaza again!

I booked this for 10 days for a child that needed brain surgery. Her surgery was cancelled and the hotel and Expedia both refused to cancel. No one stayed in the room. I have stayed in this hotel numerous times. I have always had a very nice stay here. The staff here have always been very nice in the past. Probably I need to re-evaluate my choices.
