Welcome to this exquisite apartment located in a modern 9-storey building, perfectly positioned on the 5th floor with breathtaking south-west facing views of the sea and mountains. This stunning residence offers a spacious layout, comprising a beautifully appointed bedroom with a double bed, a bright living-dining area featuring a comfortable sofa bed, and two expansive terraces ideal for enjoying the magnificent views and the warm Mediterranean sun. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, a TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout, while the kitchen comes fully equipped with a fridge, blender, coffee maker, oven, and ceramic hob, making it easy to prepare meals at home. A well-designed full bathroom adds convenience and comfort. Located just 15 km from Malaga and 12 km from the airport, this apartment is less than 400 m from the beach and within walking distance of the bustling shopping area and Plaza Solymar. Excellent transport links, including convenient bus routes and the local train, ensure easy exploration of the surrounding areas, including Arroyo de la Miel, which is only 4 km away. This apartment is the perfect coastal retreat, combining luxury living with the vibrancy of the Costa del Sol. The building itself features 4 lifts for easy access to all floors, and a welcoming reception area with a concierge/doorman available at night, providing an added layer of security alongside video surveillance. Residents can enjoy extensive garden areas and two swimming pools—one for adults and one for children—perfect for relaxation and socializing. Additionally, free communal parking is available right in front of the complex.

To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 10:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.
