### Modern apartment with pool, 300m from the beach, A/C, parking, sleeps 6, near marina

AT259 Costa Coral: Lovely apartment built in 2005, in the beach area of Torredembarra, at 200 meters of the sea promenade and very close to the marina. The accomodation has 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds and the third with a bunk bed and a trundle bed), a lovely terrace with awning and is fully equipped, with air-conditioning, dish-washer, microwave oven, ... Forget about your car, which can be parked in the private car park, during your stay and enjoy a restful holiday. All the restaurants, shops and the beach are only a few steps away. Group reservations made up of young people between the ages of 16 and 26 are not accepted.  
  
Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
