"Host was responsive to messages and was able to direct us to someone who spoke better english when help with navigation to the hotel was requested. However, the hotel was never provided on the vrbo page, so the initial address sent us to the incorrect area of the property and we had to circle the area and call the host to direct us to the accurate location. Upon arrival, the host was not on site and his mother checked us in. The pool was a HUGE disappointment. We booked this place...
