the staff was very nice and friendly. the room was pretty clean, a little small but it was just for two. the walls are thin and you can hear most of what’s going on around and in the hallways but overall a decent stay for what the price is

An affordable gem conveniently located downtown. Feels like an upscale hostel. There is no cofffee maker in the room (only in the common area) but the room is modern, nicely designed/ decorated, and extremely clean. The bed and linens are all hotel quality, and the (very friendly!) staff are available 24/7. As others have noted, its not in the safest neighbourhood, but the area is fine if you have street smarts.

The hotel itself was cute, old narrow halls. The room was small but cozy and very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the area is a rough one. Chatted with a man smoking crack now far from the hotel. He was a nice man but definitely a very intense interaction. Many people yelling at me while I walked. I didn’t feel unsafe, but it was quite an experience.
