My husband and I had an amazing stay. The rooms are updated and clean. Superb customer service… the staff helped us find tours and book taxis. Johnny was especially helpful. The area is fairly safe. Great location for the price. Will visit again.

This was my 2nd stay. I arrived late and staff were so helpful in directing me to food. The room was excellent. So clean. Beds are comfy & the shower is great. I travel yearly for medical and this is in walking distance. I'll be back next year!

Well kept for an old Toronto property. The staff is friendly and respectful. Options for parking good and the heat/air conditioning unit easy to use. Also, nice windows if you are lucky to get one. Great location on a nice quiet steet.

It was a brief stay (one night) but it leaves a very good impression. Lovely little property on a nice street in a residential neighbourhood. Staff was quite friendly and helpful (especially with baggage - since there is no elevator) I liked the place and it was reasonable for the downtown area of Toronto

Everything was super clean and tidy, nice bright little room even for the sub level room! The staff at the front desk were helpful, and the area didn't feel like you were downtown it was so nice and quiet!

Hi there, this was a great place to stay for a night in Toronto. The staff was very friendly. I had my civil ceremony the next day and they even accommodated a late checkout which I greatly appreciated even though they were fully booked. I would recommend this place!

I like the room. It is well maintained. The staff is friendly. My only problem is that the bathroom did have enough hooks to hang clothes and towels. The amenities are nice. Each room has a fridge, Keurig, and large TV but cable is not provided.

Been coming to Toronto since 2007, travelling from UK, first time we've stayed in Cabbage Town area. It is a trek to the centre, but it was fine. I would recommend cabs/ubers back to the hotel in the evenings as there is a homeless shelter nearby, which obviously attracts some characters. The hotel itself, as we were staying for 5nts the first room we had was a bit small, we asked the staff if they had a bigger room, which they did and we moved the following day. They are very friendly, and work very hard to make sure their guests have a pleasant stay. The rooms are clean, the one thing I would recommend for the rooms, and this is a very small thing. They have shampoo and conditioner, they are missing shower gel. They have air conditioning. For what they charge for their rooms, you definitely can't complain.

Room was very clean and nice. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the AC worked wonderfully. The staff was friendly and helpful. I could hear my neighbors briefly at night, but it is an older heritage style building so to be expected. If you are looking for a place to stay that’s a bit more affordable that is clean and comfortable then this place was great.

Room was updated and very clean. Staff were very pleasant. The inn is in a residential neighbourhood so you can get some noise. Walking distance to Yonge/ Dundas (Eaton Centre). Would stay here again for the price!
