### Luxurious, modern and convenient lake shore condo on penthouse floor

The historic Tip Top Tailor building is hard to miss with its huge bright red ‘Tip Top Tailors’ sign perched above the roof. This converted Art Deco manufacturer/warehouse has become the modern icon of style and luxury living.   
  
The unit was renovated in 2025 and comfortably sleeps 6\. This spacious condo has a primary bedroom with king-sized bed plus walk in closet. A separate office which expands into a second bedroom. The living room also accommodates a comfortable Queen size pull out. Each room has its own smart TV with wireless highspeed internet. A fully equipped kitchen can be used for entertaining. Or, the unit is a generous retreat and oasis for an individual or couple, it is walking distance to grocery, café, LCBO (alcohol store), restaurant, public library and endless green space with walking and bike paths. The unit is southwest facing to the lake and enjoys the light of the western skies for hours. It is super quiet as no windows open to the bustle of the city. One parking spot is optionally available.  
  
Beyond the scope of the building, guests here will find themselves immersed in the growing and historically enriched Fort York neighborhood but with all the conveniences of ride and food delivery services.
