I had a fantasy stay at this property. The property was cute, cozy and clean. The location was amazing! We went for the Toronto maple leafs playoff game and it was nice to walk out and be in the middle of everything already. We really enjoyed our stay! Definitely booking here again

The view of Lake Ontario from the 31st floor was spectacular. My granddaughters & I came to see the Billie Eilish concert at ScotiaBank Arena, a mere few steps from our hotel. So convenient!

Stuff was left behind in the room from previous people that stayed there. It’s a nice room but the balcony is very small and hard to get to, have to squeeze between the door and railing. Overall, had a pleasant stay.

Location location location

Was great for an overnight stay following a concert. Location is perfect. Had some struggles with the electronic locks and contact the owner for support. They were able to provide some advice but it still needed repair in the end. The were friendly and supportive. Condo is not large but has a decent kitchen and being a short walk to a grocery store and more made it a great home base.

Prompt service!

We had a very last minute change to our original plans and I was able to book promptly. The person I spoke to helped me with location, and although the original room we booked was not able to be booked due to maintenance issues, I was able to get another room booked immediately and just next door to the original location. He answered my calls immediately and checked in with us to ensure everything went smoothly. I truly appreciate his help and the support that he gave for us!

Condo was clean and tidy. Perfect location to Scotiabank Arena! Bed and pillows were comfortable. Owner might want to consider providing proper towel sets (no hand towels or face cloths available). And maybe cleaning staff could check and throw out stuff left in fridge and/or freezer. As well as the pharmacy…re used toothbrushes etc.

The unit is awful. No wifi instructions, there’s no remote control for the TV, the bathroom has mold, the toilet paper holder is broken, the bedding is brutal, and the floors are damaged and needs repair. You should not be renting this unit out and certainly not charging $470 per night for it. I rented it because I know the location and the building was fairly new and pictures seemed good. Ross

The property is incredibly well located, but checkin instructions were incomplete/misleading and the checkin process was incredibly slow and drawn out, including the door being locked upon arrival when the property manager had confirmed it would be open and unlocked. The solution provided was to download an app to be able to unlock the door from my phone, which took over 15 minutes as I had only a weak signal. All said and done, checkin took nearly 45 minutes, with 20+ minutes spent waiting outside the door with a tired group including my toddler. The space itself was shabby but tolerable, with stained carpeting, tarnished walls with visible handprints, and subpar furnishings. Together with the terrible checkin process, I'd give 1 star if not for the incredible convenience of the location.
