Location, location, location was great for the Jays games. Room was dirty, broken and run down. Elevators were soooo slow. 35 minute wait at a busy time. Plan ahead. They stranded some folks. Lost their booking. We really needed to persist to get ours.

Great Stay in Downtown Toronto! The check-in guide provided by the host was super detailed and easy to follow, making the process seamless. The location is unbeatable, literally just a street away from the CN Tower. The apartment itself was spotless, clean, and well-maintained, with fantastic city views from the high floor. The only minor downside was that the building gets quite busy with tourists, so waiting for the elevator can take a bit of time during peak hours. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and highly recommended!

Very nice studio suite w/ full amenities kitchen. 10-15 min. walk to Rogers Stadium. Suite was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a very nice 5 night stay in downtown Toronto. Very good value for the price. We would stay again.

Check-in went great. The space was clean. We love the location. There were three of us and we only had towels for one person. I notified the Booking They responded a bit later that they would look into this and have someone bring some up for us. Unfortunately, we checked out before hearing anything back or receiving any additional towels. Upon checkout, I let the Booking know again that we didn't receive any towels. And they brought to they were in the dryer. I wish I had known that earlier. Two of us slept in the bed, which was a very hard mattress and one slept on the couch. The individual on the couch had a much better sleep.

Great location, across the street from Roger’s Centre, C.N. Tower and the aquarium. The value that you got for what you paid was fantastic!!! Spacious bedrooms with two bathrooms, great view and fully functioning kitchen! Definitely a place I would recommend for people that are attending events downtown :)

I booked a non refundable stay since I was going in a few days. It said parking was available on site, and it’s not until after you book that you find there’s no available spots, so I was forced to look elsewhere, and drag my luggage around. That was very misleading, especially since they boast how rare it is to find a place to stay with parking on site. It was a key to my booking decision. The place was clean but the dishwasher was full, the oven looked like they sprayed the inside and lined with tin foil to clean, but never finished it. The shower had holders for soaps, but there was no soap left and no shampoo either. I tried to make coffee in the morning, but not even enough to make one pot. The pillows were INCREDIBLY thin, so extremely uncomfortable. Very good location though. We walked to the harbor for a boat ride. The CN tower, Aquarium, and Roger’s Stadium are all very close.

The hotel apartment was great and located near the heart of downtown Toronto. My only complaint is that we originally booked for the modern apartments located on Adelaide but it was canceled last minute by the property owners. As alternative we were given a different luxury apartment that was slightly further out from the locations we visited. Overall once the check in issue was resolved we had so much fun. So much good food, drinks, vibes, and love. The location was perfectly centered in the midst of all the action. There were still a few sights we didn’t visit but the ones we did visit were very memorable.

We had a 2 night stay. Despite a very minor glitch in communication, check in and check out was easy and smooth. The unit was clean, a large assortment of amenities present, and the pictures were an accurate representation of the unit. Extremely well situated, close to everything downtown. Next time we're in Toronto, we will definitely rebook!!

Will never book this again unless traveling solo. Great location, walkable to Skydome, CN Tower and Ripleys Aquarium. Spacious comfortable apartment, with great views. Good to have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths traveling with teens. Inconvenient that only had 1 key and 1 key fob necessary for doors and elevator meant that group had to stay together whole time. Many confused travellers in the lobby, indifferent security staff were the only source of information and while they did hand out the condo keys they made clear to all that it was not their job to assist. Long slow lines to use the very slow elevators which were a necessity as it is a high rise building. Was unable to attain parking from the condo management company as they did not respond to those requests. Still waiting on return of damage deposit 8 days after check out.

The location was excellent, very central to many amenities and never far from attractions or venues. The room was a little worse for the wear. The laminate floor was completely popped up and it was a bit smaller than anticipated but very clean, bed was very comfy, view was lovely and it was very well priced. Two nights in Toronto in an apartment style accommodation was excellent. There were three adults and we made it work for us! I would absolutely book here again.
