The impressive 48 storey sculptured glass tower rises out of the historical Addison on Bay and soars above a 3 storey podium. According to the condo rules we must provide information about our guests to the condo management prior to their arrival, i.e. every guests\` names and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot). We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an anti fraud measure. Please note that you need to be 18 or over in order to check in. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building. These are mandatory requirements, if you do not agree to provide this information, we can\`t guarantee a refund. Underground parking is available upon request for an additional fee of $25 per night. It's recommended to request it in advance as spaces may be limited. Pets are allowed in the apartment. If you plan to stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Pets fee $10 per night for 1 pet. We have Travel Crib (for baby 0 18 month) and Bed Rails. $5 per one item per night. Book, please, in advance. Dear Guest, Please take a moment to read the unit policies: The minimum age for booking is 18 years. Check in is after 4PM, check out is before 12PM. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance. \*\* NO SMOKING POLICY The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and we will discover the smell of any type of smoke, Globalstay has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you: 150$ service call 200$ cleaning fees Please contact us if you have any questions.
