The apartment has 1 bedroom with queen bed and a Den with a twin bed. 1 Bathroom. Easy access to TTC, Union Station, Lake Shore and Gardiner Express Way. Steps to CN Tower, Rogers Center, Union Metro Station, Financial District, Bars, Restaurants, Sobeys Grocery Store, Bishop airport, etc. According to the condo regulations every guest must provide their personal information prior to check in. We kindly ask that you provide the full names of every guest staying in the apartment.We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your Id in your hands as an antifraud measure. Please note that you have to be 18 or over in order to check in. Guests whose names or ID do not match the provided information ARE NOT allowed into the building. Paid underground parking (in/out privileges) is available upon a request and not included in the price. The price is $10 per night if you book for at least 15 nights. Please request in advance as it could be booked. Pets allowed in the apartment. If you plan stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Pets fee $10 per night for 1 pet.
