What was unique about the property?
Having traveled all over the world and having stayed in many different kinds of places from huts to castles, this was tied with the worst place I have ever stayed.
What did you not like about the property?
To be fair, it is a good location. Other than that, the furniture, including the beds were broken and dangerous, the chairs and couch were stained and filthy and worn, the kitchen faucet had running water but was not attached properly to the sink so that you always had to hold it steady to run it, the microwave frame was loose and sticking out, there were dark scratch marks on the walls in every room, the tables and lamps were unsteady, the door handles were coming off and there is more. Interaction with the managers was belligerent at best and negligent at worst.
If you're in town for a night or two and must be in that area and cannot stay in that area (really worth paying extra to do so because with all the hidden charges and unpleasantness staying at Atlas Suites adds up to a nearby hotel of good quality) and are in good physical condition, then it would be okay. If you or the person you are traveling with are not in good physical condition, then don't even think of it.
One of the worst places I have ever stayed with one of the worst attitudes in the service industry I have ever encountered.
