This property is in a perfect location for exploring Zion. Quiet, out of the way, but not too far away. It is clean and comfortable at an excellent price point. Why stay in a cramped mid-range hotel when you can stay here for about the same price and have a kitchen, washer & dryer? We would definitely consider staying here again if we ever get back to Zion.
Property was clean, quiet, and located in a convenient location. Property manager was very communicative and helpful.

So, here's the deal, this was supposed to be my first short term rental. It will most likely be my last. About an hour before our arrival, I got a text from the host letting us know she left the door unlocked for us. That's because there was no power so we wouldn't have been able to see to unlock the door. However, she didn't mention the no power part. She asked when we would be arriving. I mention I was going to get groceries before we checked in. Again, no mention of the power situation. No mention that our food would spoil. We get there, can't find where to park because of overgrown trees. We now hear from the electrician that it will be two hours before he gets two new electrical boxes. He gets the host on the phone who kindly says she left a candle for us. It was a scented candle that gave no light, but the place smelled like a tree of apples exploded inside. Now this place is a basement apartment, so there is very little light. At this point I am still ok, we had evening plans & she assured us the power would be on in an hour. When we returned at 10:30 pm there was still no power, no flashlights, no fridge, no AC. We couldn't shower or use the restroom. The hosts reply to us is that she didn't have flashlights because she was at the store & it would just be 30 min more. Also, this is right next to a river. Cute but watch your kids & watch for rattle snakes.
The property is in a nice part of town. It is also clean and was perfect for around 3-4 people. Would highly recommend this place for if you're visiting for Zion National Park.
From the plush towels, new cookware, great dish sets through what look like all new counters, faucets, washer/dryer and fixtures, this unit was clean and ready to live in. The Hostess was very easy to contact and extremely accommodating.
We would definitely stay here again!
This was a good property and the host was very kind. We had a mix up with check-ins and units (there are 2 units, one upstairs and one downstairs). We originally went to the correct unit downstairs but we were told we should be upstairs. We went upstairs and unpacked, cleaned up, and left for dinner. We later received a call and were told we had to move back to the original lower unit. The host got us moved to the right unit and it went great after that. The upstairs is a bit nicer than the lower unit, but they did a nice job on both and they both have great kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The upper unit is brighter, has 2 bathrooms, and would be better for a romantic getaway. Parking isn’t really convenient and will not work if you are pulling a trailer. This property is in Touquerville but only a couple miles off the exit and easy to access through Hurricane if you don’t want to take the freeway. We would definitely stay here again!
