The grounds were impeccable. Unfortunately it took a while for them to pick up the phone when we were calling them. Bathroom was dirty and need of some repairs. Also the smoke detector did not work. But the host was excellent.

Staff were kind and helpful. However, this is not a 4 star hotel. The beds were extremely hard, pillows went completely flat, and the elevator is very very slow.
