Very pleasant and helpful staff. Nice room, newly renovated. Efficient check in. Location close to all attractions. Good choice for breakfast. Some dampness in corner of shower. Bathroom extractor not efficient causing condensation all over the room.

Check in took about 30 mins due to everyone’s arrival being at 3. We did arrive at 2.40 but were told our room wasn’t available, not aware the queue would be 50 people long at 3. Veggie options for breakfast were limited All staff very helpful, specifically Nathan at the bar
