(263 reviews) Wonderful experience during our three day stay. Staff was extremely personable and helpful. We loved our room. There were some cobwebs in our windows but overall very clean and well maintained. My only suggestions are that they lower the temperature in the dining room (especially if you're working through a five course menu and a bottle of wine in a suit jacket); revamp the reception area (looks a tad bit like a gift shop and not the entrance to a grand house); and have (suitable)background music in the lounge areas/ dining room when pianist isn't present. (Everyone seemed to be talking in self-conscious whispers at breakfast and while sitting in common areas because it was so quiet.)
