This hotel was honestly amazing! When we first arrived it was questionable, but Sho greeted us in and helped us to understand how things work. This young man made our stay a priority and we are so grateful. Hotel was amazing as well. Coffee was delicious and everything we needed was in it. This is the second time that we have stayed at this property. It has a lovely view over the river, and roof access that makes for a great spot for evening drinks and views of the city. The staff is fantastic and the rooms are very spacious especially by Tokyo standards. Little bit of a walk to the station but I love the fact that this hotel is located in a quiet area. The beds are very comfortable and the room makes for a nice relaxing oasis after a day in the busy city. The staffs are super kind, always welcome us with big smiles on. Powerful AC, one of the units leaks water a couple times but they came to fix it right away. The place is spotless and spacious, our family of four adults stayed completely for three nights, and we were able to store our suitcases there for a few hours after we checked out, so we could explore the city a little more before catching our flight. The property was spotless, safe, comfortable, and very spacious. Location was very convenient to either walk to our destination and / or to public transportation. However, what stood out the most is their staff, especially Sho. He is so attentive, cheerful, and helpful. Felt very welcomed every single time we saw him (at least half a dozen times). Also very helpful with how to work this and that in the room, how to book the Shinkansen, and with any other hotel needs. What a good gentleman! Also received several recommendations from him for restaurants and we tried two and they both were excellent!
